IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE CPE MONITOR SYSTEM AND ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THE ACTIVITY EVALUATION ONLINE AFTER THE EVENT. In order to have your activity posted to the CPE monitor, you must complete the evaluation within 60 days of the activity. After that, the fees are $25.00 more. E-mail confirmation will be sent after you enroll on Rx School to your e mail address Refunds given until the day before date minus a $25.00 processing charge for 3-5 hr CEs and $75.00 for Certificate CEs. (including CPR) *No refunds will be issued for APhA certificate CEs once the coupon codes are redeemed. All refunds issued after the live date of the event. · Failure to cancel will result in forfeiture of entire fee. ACPE prohibits us from issuing partial credit for an activity.
